Daniel brings 17 years of M&A and investment banking experience across three of the industry's most respected institutions — Citi, Moelis / MA Financial, and ANZ — with over US$30 billion in aggregate transaction value spanning sell-side mandates, buy-side acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs, joint ventures, and leveraged finance across Australia, Asia, and Europe.

Throughout his career, Daniel has advised corporates, private equity sponsors, and family-owned businesses on some of the most complex cross-border transactions in the Asia Pacific region. His deal sheet spans consumer, healthcare, education, industrials, technology, media, energy, and real estate — reflecting a breadth of sector expertise rarely found in mid-market advisory.

Daniel's passion for M&A is rooted in the belief that every business owner deserves access to the same institutional-quality sale process that large listed companies receive.
