Daniel brings 17 years of M&A and investment banking experience across three of the industry's most respected institutions — Citi, Moelis / MA Financial, and ANZ — with over US$30 billion in aggregate transaction value spanning sell-side mandates, buy-side acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs, joint ventures, and leveraged finance across Australia, Asia, and Europe.

Throughout his career, Daniel has advised corporates, private equity sponsors, and family-owned businesses on some of the most complex cross-border transactions in the Asia Pacific region. His deal sheet spans consumer, healthcare, education, industrials, technology, media, energy, and real estate — reflecting a breadth of sector expertise rarely found in mid-market advisory.

Daniel's passion for M&A is rooted in the belief that every business owner deserves access to the same institutional-quality sale process that large listed companies receive. He founded Lyndon Advisory to bridge that gap — combining deep dealmaking judgment with AI-powered execution to deliver faster, more cost-effective outcomes for privately-held businesses.

His deep networks across Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia give Lyndon Advisory clients access to a buyer universe that local brokers and domestic advisors simply cannot reach. Daniel leads every engagement personally from first meeting through to closing — no hand-off to junior staff, ever.

Valentin is the technical architect behind Lyndon Advisory's AI platform — a system purpose-built to do what no generic tool can: understand the language of M&A, surface the right buyers, and execute with institutional precision. His passion for applying AI to real-world problems, combined with a restlessness for what technology can become, makes him one of the most distinctive engineering minds in the region.

He brings over a decade of senior engineering experience across financial services, government, and enterprise technology — including roles at Deutsche Bank, Bundesdruckerei GmbH (Germany's federal printing authority), QiO Tech, QUNIS, and ixto. Across these roles he has led the design and delivery of large-scale AI, data engineering, and fullstack systems in some of the world's most demanding and regulated environments.

At Lyndon Advisory, Valentin built the company's buyer intelligence engine from the ground up — a proprietary system that maps, scores, and ranks acquirers across a database of 750,000+ companies globally, enabling the team to identify the most qualified buyers for any given business in hours rather than weeks. The same platform generates bespoke, 40-slide pitch decks in under an hour — work that traditionally takes a team of analysts days to complete.
