How It Works
You introduce the owner
Send a short email, make an introduction, or submit the referral form when a client is considering succession, liquidity, a buyer approach, or sale preparation.
Lyndon reviews fit confidentially
We assess valuation range, likely buyer universe, disclosure risk, process timing, and whether a sell-side mandate is justified.
You keep the advisory relationship
The partner remains central for accounting, tax, legal, wealth, lending, or operating advice while Lyndon handles the M&A process.

Referral fit
When to introduce Lyndon Advisory
The best referral moment is before the owner signs exclusivity, accepts a single-buyer price, or lets succession pressure dictate the sale timeline.
The owner wants valuation context
Accountants, tax advisors, and financial planners often see this before a sale decision is final. A confidential seller review gives the owner a practical value range and preparation priorities.
A buyer has approached
Lawyers, lenders, and advisors should introduce Lyndon before the owner shares customer lists, financial detail, pricing, or gives exclusivity to one buyer.
Succession or liquidity is becoming urgent
Family transition, retirement, shareholder exits, owner burnout, and management buyout discussions are often commercial M&A questions before they become legal or tax questions.
The client needs a specialist, not a handoff
Partners keep their client relationship and core advisory work. Lyndon handles valuation, buyer research, process design, negotiation, and closing support.
